Able to link UI widgets for enabling/disabling

Bug Description

There are cases in UI development where you'd like to be able to link form widgets.

An example case is where you have two widgets:
  * Bool field (as a checkbox) that enables a feature
  * any other widget that adds extra information for the feature.

When the checkbox is not checked, you want the other widget disabled, and when the checkbox is checked, it enables the other widget.

z3c.form probably can do something like that. I'm not sure that's where we want to go long-term, but I'm not sure it isn't.
