recipe help page has the wrong ppa name for bzr-builder

says you should install bzr-builder from https://launchpad.net/~dailydebs-team/+archive/bzr-builder
but that link is 404.

Either the link needs to be just updated or we need to make a new public ppa of it. It is not in ppa:~bzr at the moment.

This isn't a code bug in LP or the small number of not-quite-bugs we track on the launchpad project. The help wiki is a wiki, so I suggest just fixing it.

(as bzr-builder has been around a while now, I suggest just removing the reference to the ppa).

Just discarding the bug (rather than say moving it to another project
or some other tracker) is very unhelpful. It still needs to get
fixed.

and people can use the one from Ubuntu? ok, I'll change it.
