No direct url to the affects-me-too bug widget

Bug Description

When I'm trying to get a user to click in the right place on Launchpad, I often send a direct link such as:

  https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu-font-family/+bug/862401/+affectsmetoo

This link goes directly to the correct place, but does not offer any confirmation of what the bug is that the user is about to subscribe to.

Ideally one might add a repetition of the Bug title on +affectsmetoo.

So, I think we want to wont-fix this, the form doesn't need to show details because we don't use it! However, direct linking to an affectsmetoo prompt would be nice (but it should be ajaxy). Retitling appropriately.
