Retarget a pillar can leave a series task

I targeted to a series (Lp still lets me target to an obsolete series)
I then retargeted the Lp pillar task to my own project (gdp).
    * I saw a task for my project
    * I saw a phantom task for Lp
    * I saw the series task
I then retargeted the gdp pillar task back to Lp
I deleted the series task...I hail task deletion.

Lp currently lets me retarget the pillar of a private bug with tasks for the pillar and a series. After the retarget, the pillar task points to the new pillar, but the series task continues to point to the old pillars series. This is insane.

I believe this is already fixed. The one-pillar-to-rule-them-all check was added to validate_target, which I ensured was called on target transitions.

Multipillar bugs are on by default on qastaging.

The phantom task indicates something is still wrong. I expect the series task to be deleted during the retarget since the orphaned task is wrong for *current* bugtarget model. this might be a separate bug. I suspect there is a separate undiscovered bug. I can move series between projects when I am reorganising a project, when I do that, I expect the bugs to affect the target project and the series. I believe I would see the old project bugtask. This is one more case where I wish we where I wish we were working on Roberts series-only-bugs feature.
