Bug Description
The two boxes on the left hand side, where the "Ubuntu Translators" and the "Contributors" are shown, the order in which they are displayed isn't what one would expect.
The example URL I am looking at is: https:/
As you can see under "Contributors", the users with the first letter of their name in upper case get shown first, and the person with an accent in his first letter is pushed way down.
In spanish this is very common, and the expected behavior is to have "Álvaro Sánchez" right under "Alvaro Ravanal".
