Bug Description
My karma has not been updated in the last week (or maybe less, but at least the last 3 days). However, when clicking on karma, I can see the last actions, so they have been recorded. Karma should either increase or decrease, it should not remain constant for 3 or more days (the probability should be very low.)
This might be related to the string "FULLNAME's karma has expired.", as this string appears on everyone's karma page, but it could also be a separate bug.
