Need LP API call for disabling/deleting ppas

Bug Description

While there is a handy createPPA() routine, there appears to not be the corresponding deletePPA() in 'team'.

[Background]
We often wish to have users test specific packages, and will create one-off PPAs for them so they don't have to patch and build the software themselves (esp. challenging for things like xserver, mesa, kernel...) I want to run a script to clean up these PPAs once we know we're done with them.

Yes, but it is not exposed in the API.
