Bug Description
See the attached screen shot. The diff I need is between 0.7.0-3ubuntu1 and 0.7.4-4 and I don't see it. Note that there's a pending sync. I don't know if that affects it.

0.7.4-4 is not imported into Launchpad yet, which is why it doesn't appear. There's quite a long pipeline for packages to traverse and we've got no real way of doing this in a consistently timely way since we only know Debian's publisher *start* time.
Debian -> mirrors -> launchpad mirror -> import
This is a dupe of bug 798611, I'll re-open that.
