Bug Description
Please use gravatar.com for default user image branding. If no images is available via gravatar.com, use launchpad's default image which is also used now.
Implementing this will make the user profiles and posts in bug reports look more personalised.

Please don't use Gravatar for this, which is centralized and proprietary. Instead, use libravatar[1] which is free software, optionally selfhostable, and will fall back to Gravatar if nothing is resolved "natively".
