please add support for the https://savannah.gnu.org/bugs/ bugtracker

This bug tracker is at least also used on https://gna.org/. Bug URLs look like:

    https://savannah.gnu.org/bugs/?1

There are also patch, task and support trackers that have independent bug numbers (so there can be bug #1 and task #1). Are these other trackers important?

there's https://savannah.nongnu.org/ as well (2500 projects).

gna.org has 900, savannah.gnu.org has 2700.
