Inactive projects must not have products associated with it

Bug Description
It's currently possible to have an active product being part of an inactive project, which is something that doesn't make much sense. For an example, check the freedesktop.org project and all its products --the project is inactive and the products are all active.
We could either require a project to have no products in order for it to be marked as inactive or deactivate the products when the project is deactivated.
