unsubscribing from mail from team doesn't work for direct team subscriptions

Bug Description

If I'm part of team Foo, and Foo is marked as the bug supervisor, I can unsubscribe from emails via that subscription. However, if Foo is ever directly subscribed to a bug (say it was a private bug that they wanted to make visible to the team), then I still get bug email without any way to opt-out.

I would have expected that if Foo is subscribed to a bug, but I've already unsubscribed from getting emails because of Foo, then I would not get emails, even for direct Foo subscriptions. (note that if I subscribed myself directly, I probably would expect bug email.)

I think this may be a dupe; I remember discussion squelching
team-subscriptions during the email story work but it was judged out
of scope.

I thought this was a dupe of 768967, but on re-reading it, it's actually not (they are related, though).

What is desired here is a way to mute all bug subscriptions through your teams directly subscribed to bugs. You can do that today by leaving the team, and I believe a bug:+subscriptions page offers that option today. I am sure some won't appreciate this as the only option.

You can also mute individual bugs.
