Bug Description
There is a lot of JavaScript in templates. This is bad as it makes our JavaScript and templates less maintainable and makes our pages load slower.
Possibly included in this work is the need to introduce a global domready.

We are tracking js-in-templates as many bugs already. We want specific bugs that has simple criteria to know when the bug is fixed.
