Membership expiration warning is sent more than once

Bug Description
Every day we send out email notifications for people whose team memberships are going to expire in the next 7 days. If the person doesn't leave the team or one of the team admins renew the membership, we'll keep sending daily warnings until the membership expires.
To make things even worse, the notification itself says that we'll only send one more notification when the membership expires and not one every day until it expires.
