Bug Description
Every bug task has a date_left_closed value that gets set when a bug moves away from a closed bug status. It'd be quite helpful if it were possible to search for "reopened" bugs that would then filter on date_left_closed not being empty.

Hey Brian could you elaborate on how this would be used in practice? Are you thinking of this as a way to up priority on detecting possible regressions, or something else?
