nightly.sh isn't scriptactivity enabled

Bug Description

It would be awesome if it was - it could log, rather than chattering on every run, and only output stuff from cron to mail if something goes wrong. Plus we'd be told about failed backups :)

Which nightly.sh? This sounds like postgres@loganberry, which is not part of LP.

Right, that's postgres@loganberry's nightly.sh, not LP's nightly.sh. Since that code is not in our tree, this is probably more of an RT than a bug.

No reason we can't put it under the same umbrella; at the moment its
