Browsing for icons doesn't set radio box

Bug Description
On the Edit page for a project, you can select an icon to upload to be presented as the projects icon. For example

Clicking on the "Browse" link opens up a dialog that you can use to find an icon. However, when you return from the dialog, the path is filled out in the edit box, but the radio button for "Change to" isn't selected. So you have to do another click to select it.
This is pretty minor, but I'm guessing it is also a pretty minor fix.
Similar cases are bug 99519 and bug 202407.
