Bug Description
Code review tools currently feel very barebones and ad-hoc, because reviewers are only provided with a basic text form which is not reviewable and will not really be parsed for formatting (nice links, code snippets, …). furthermore, it's not possible to link to images (for screenshots or screenshot sections for instance) which makes reviewing visual design elements painful.,
Markdown (or an other similar lightweight markup language, but git-flavored markdown has probably won this battle) and inline images would significantly improve the review tooling.

I don't agree that this is a duplicate: the bug you linked only talks about mardown-type links, I'm asking for full markdown support github-style
