I want to keep and categorise bugs that interest me

Often, I'll see a bug report in Launchpad that I know will be of use to me another time but is not something I'm interested right then.

There are a few things I could do, including:

 * make a note of my own, in Tomboy perhaps
 * tag the bug.

The first of these is less useful because:

 * I might want to share my list of with other users
 * I might not have access to my list but, internet access allowing, I will have access to Launchpad
 * I want to use Launchpad to manage bug reports that interest me.

I dismiss bug tags, as they stand, because everyone would see and be notified of any tag changes I make. What I want is the ability to create collections of bugs that are personal to me but that I can also share with other Launchpad users.

The new table might be comprised of something like:
  * User ID
  * Bug ID
  * Category text
  * Notes text

I think a good start towards this would be to just let people find the
bugs they previously said affect them, for which there's a separate
bug.

A public list of "Affects me" bugs would help, but I think this bug could solve some more general needs.

For instance, I might own multiple computers and want to categorize bugs by which machine(s) they affect.

Or, I may be a developer working on a specific section of an application's code, and want to "bookmark" possibly relevant bugs (without assigning or tagging them).

Or, as a triager I may want to use it to track a large set of bugs I'm currently working on, or ones that I want to study more closely before deciding what to do with them.

Or, as a Launchpad stakeholder I may want a way to tabulate Launchpad bug reports that I plan to propose for escalation, but want to study them further before tagging them as escalated. ;-)
