Bugs need a way to link test cases and an api to extract them

Summary: add a specialized attachment for test case much like patches and provide an api interface to extract one or multiple

Steps to Reproduce:

1) Add a TestCase attachment to a bug in a project,
2) Attempt to extract one or more the test case attachments for a package/project in order to test it

Expected result: one or more test cases can be extracted to facilitate easier automated regression testing

Actual result: test cases are not treated as specialized attachments like patches in order to facilitate easier automated regression testing

User story: extract all the bug test cases against a given project/package and import into an automated testing framework - like a branch/tree to Jenkins.

Would a flag / tag on bug attachements suffice?

If an attachment flag will allow search/extract then yes but I would imagine something more along the lines of a patch would allow more flexibility; whatever solution satisfies the user story above is satisfactory.

patches are identified via a flag on the attachment, so its identical ;)
