Bug Description
In the people/+newteam form there is a field called "Renewal period", which is said "Optional".
When trying to create the team leaving that field blank, Launchpad says there's one error, and displays the following error message:
"You must specify a default renewal period from 1 to 3650 days."
If the field is optional, it shouldn't fail if not provided. If it's not optional, it should not say so.
