confusing text "you must be a team member" when I already am a team member

If I look at <https://launchpad.net/~canonical-data-science> (as a member of this team) it says

> Policy: You must be a team member to subscribe to the team mailing list.

which sounds wrong, because I already am a team member.

I think what this means to say is:

 Policy: Only team members can subscribe to the mailing list.
