Bug Description
At the moment, TranslationPack
This will make sure our database contains sanitized data when eg. somebody renames only one of two templates currently sharing their translations: they won't be sharing any more, yet internally, messages that used to share will continue to do so until splitting is performed. Similarly, if a template is renamed such that it should start sharing with another one, it won't be until merging happens.
