oops generating diff for merge proposal

I've been doing some work in a bzr-pipeline and submitting the individual pipes for review

When submitting a branch for merge I got an oops (by email) when lp tried generating the diff.

This oops cause carried over to other branches dependent on this branch

Probably unrelated, but oddly this seems to effect the kanban static view generator we use

The error at the OOPS is something like:

UnsafeUrlSeen: Attempt to open 'file:///[redacted-by-deryck]' which is not a lp-internal URL

 - the bzr lp-propose command you ran
 - bzr info run in that branch

I suspect a corrupt stacked-on url

I manually did the merge proposal through the web (no bzr lp-propose).

The bzr info in the branch
