Team page needs lists of recently approved/applicant members

For 1.0, the team page needs a list of up to the five most recently approved members, and a list of up to the five most recent applicants.

This bug depends on bug 74569, so I'll fix that one first.

Matthew, I'm not sure what the list of recent applicants should contain, as I see two different possibilities:

1. Show the people which most recently applied to be members and whose memberships were not approved/declined yet

2. Show the people which most recently applied to be members, whether their memberships was approved or not

I think the first one makes more sense, but it also means that for most teams that list will be empty most of the time.

As for the second option, we could have a list of recent applicants being the same as the list of recently approved members
