Abel has an incremental improvement to lazr.batchnavigator. I don't know if this is qa-ok without that :(.

batching seems to work fine overall. Even the bug I discovered in lazr.batchnav seems to not let batching explode:

If I tweak the URL to memo=10:

we get the same results. My expectation was that this URL would cause the expection I fixed in lazr.batchnav.

However, memo=60

shows an oddity: The results start with the 11th question from the previous URL (correct), but we don't get the "first" and the "previous" links.
