Bug Description
Branch names often have bug numbers in them. When viewing a branch that I want to associate with a bug it would be nice if the link-bug-to-branch overlay guessed the bug number from the branch name and pre-populated the text box with it.

See also bug 396523, which is a bit more ambitious about the proposed solution. I'd say they're almost dupes, but perhaps more of its suggestions can be done later. (It would be better if it was stated as a problem not a solution.)
