Bug Description
Currently there's no way to mark a blueprint as superseded by another blueprint from a different project, as the combo box only list the blueprints from the same project.
This is a valid feature as one project can, by some reason, overlap with another one, and it's valid to mark one as superseded by other (as it's possible to link against BPs from different projects already).

This feature is useful for Linaro as it can overlap with specifications created by Ubuntu or even other projects. Once Linaro is able to finish a blueprint, it's then possible to mark the other one as superseded by the one from Linaro, for example.
