"Add a new address" in e-mail settings does the wrong thing when pressing Enter

Bug Description
1. Go to <http://
2. In the "Add a new address" field, enter an e-mail address, and press Enter.
What should happen: The address is added.
What actually happens: The address is not added, and an irrelevant notification alert appears, of the form "<email address hidden> is already set as your contact address."
This seems to be because the Enter key is triggering the "Set as Contact Address" button instead of the "Add" button. This can be fixed by splitting the HTML <form> into two.
