Bug Description
Where a project or distribution does not use Launchpad for bug tracking, the bug listing should clarify that it represents only bug watches (modulo bug 33642), and is not meant to be a listing of all known bugs.
The fix for this bug can probably share some of the code used to fix bug 42480. It may also make sense to fix bug 3152 at the same time as this bug.
