The Fedora page says that it doesn't use launchpad for development, so IMHO that would mean that they are not using launchpad to build their distro. So the statement: "No Currently building builds for Fedora Core" is quite accurate since launchpad isn't building those distros, a better statement here could have been something like: "Fedora Core doesn't use the Soyuz builder" . The same case applies to these other projects [1], [2]
