Don't make claims about builds for non-LP distributions

Bug Description

<https://launchpad.net/fedora/+builds> always says that there are "No Currently building builds for Fedora Core". This is probably false; Launchpad has no way of knowing. It shouldn't make claims about build systems it doesn't know anything about.

The Fedora page says that it doesn't use launchpad for development, so IMHO that would mean that they are not using launchpad to build their distro. So the statement: "No Currently building builds for Fedora Core" is quite accurate since launchpad isn't building those distros, a better statement here could have been something like: "Fedora Core doesn't use the Soyuz builder" . The same case applies to these other projects [1], [2]
