Comment 0 for bug 800515

As per https://blueprints.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+spec/other-support-o-sru-process we think we would get more testers of -proposed if it was safer to use and packages could be tested individually. Therefore we would like to set these fields in -proposed Release files:

  NotAutomatic: yes
  ButAutomaticUpgrades: yes

for >= Natty. This is by and large identical behaviour as for -backports now, which was done in bug 721591. Can we have the same change for -proposed?
