+localpackagediffs should allow to filter by package-set

https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/oneiric/+localpackagediffs shows the package-set for the source package syncs, but there is not a way to filter on them. (sorting is covered by bug #798904)

The idea is, similar to showing packages with matching names, to show packages in the given package set (or in no package set).
