Bug Description
I wanted to find out if a project uses Launchpad for bug tracking using the API and I couldn't because official_malone is not exported. Additionally, its rather confusing that bug_tracker is None if the project uses Launchpad given the description of the bug_tracker property - "Bugs are tracked". Oh and if official_malone becomes exported the example at https:/

Note that it'd probably be more appropriate to export different *_usage attributes (i.e. bug_tracking_usage, codehosting_usage, etc).
