+localpackagediffs page should show who made the change rather than sponsor

On https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/oneiric/+localpackagediffs the Uploader column should represent the person listed as the 'Changed-By' rather than the sponsor. (Technically, the latter was the actual uploader of the change, but the former is the one that gets credit for the upload and is the contact for any issues that arise due to the change.)

Can you file a bug about that please and we'll fix it. Presumably it should
be the Changed-By instead?

I think there needs to be /some/ indication that it was a sponsored upload. A sponsored upload, to me, could indicate that the "touched it last" convention doesn't apply as tightly. Additionally, the sponsor takes most of the responsibility if something bad happens. :)

If it doesn't burn too much screen space, i'd suggest showing both fields if suitable.

Good point, I agree that's useful info to indicate in some fashion or other.

Maybe an icon could be used, with hoverover to see the sponsor's name?

https://merges.ubuntu.com/main.html shows the sponsor in a smaller font underneath the changer's name. Dunno if that is stylistically allowed in Ubuntu, but if it is perhaps that could be another option.

Given how many columns are already present in the table, adding another column for sponsor would not be desirable, I'd guess.
