I think there needs to be /some/ indication that it was a sponsored upload. A sponsored upload, to me, could indicate that the "touched it last" convention doesn't apply as tightly. Additionally, the sponsor takes most of the responsibility if something bad happens. :)
If it doesn't burn too much screen space, i'd suggest showing both fields if suitable.
