Bug Description
If a series is already initialized, accessing +initseries should not allow me to initialize it again, by disabling the fields and presenting a message informing why that's disabled, or something similar.
Diogo's testing notes:
"Reloading the +initseries page after requesting a initialization presents the option to initialize the series again rather than say it's already been initialized. then if you try to initialize the same thing again you get: "Server error, please contact an administrator."
