Do not hardcode the DistributionMirrorTestHTTPServer port on tests

Bug Description

In our mirror prober tests we always start the DistributionMirrorTestHTTPServer and make it listen on the 11375. This is not a very good idea since that port may be in use in the localhost, causing the test to fail. We should instead change our code to find an available port and use it instead.
