ppa reject mail has wrong lp ID in subject

Bug Description
Clean ish install of Ubuntu, patched something and uploaded as a test to a ppa. Forgot to set my .dput.cf up at all so it failed, which is expected. However the reject mail came with the subject containing someone elses LP ID in it.
Once I configured the dput.cf the accept mail came through okay with my ID.
Attachments have mails.

I suspect the error path here is pulling all ppas back and picking an arbitrary one to show. Confusing but I don't think there s deep issues here.
