Would be nice to create merge proposal directly from bug

Bug Description
I almost always link a branch to a bug and put it in review
immediately (I almost never link a branch that isn't ready, because I
favour small branches that take less than a day, often less than an
hour, to implement). I end up having to jump through several hoops to
get my branch into the review queue:
1. Push branch to Launchpad.
2. Load relevant bug.
3. Link branch to bug.
4. Click on branch link to go to branch page.
5. Propose for merge.
It would be nice to be able to instead do:
1. Push branch to Launchpad.
2. Load relevant bug.
3. Click 'Propose branch' and have it ask me for the branch name and
then take me directly to the merge proposal creation form.
