Bug Description
1. Go to a bug report for which you have not muted bug mail.
2. Click "Mute bug mail".
3. Either reload the page, or don't.
4. Mouse over "Unmute bug mail".
What happens:
4. Regardless of whether you reloaded the page, the tooltip for "Unmute bug mail" is "Mute this bug so that you will not receive emails about it."
What should happen: Either
1. bug mail is no longer mutable (unlikely), or
2. the interface for it no longer has a tooltip (e.g. bug 795180), or, simplest of all,
3. the tooltip for the link is kept up to date with the text of the link.
