Bug Description
Bug 186660 addressed the need to remove wiki_names from the data kept about a person as it is not useful. The resolution to that bug was to remove it from the web UI.
As a follow up, the attribute should no longer be exported to the web service for IPerson and the IWikiName attributes should not be exported.
A subsequent task will be to completely remove the wiki names from the db after a bit of time for the community to give feedback upon the removal of the attributes.
