Merged team announcements use <email address hidden> instead of a launchpad address

Bug Description

Most email from Launchpad comes from a launchpad.net address, but for some reason, announcements that teams have been merged comes from <email address hidden>. We should change this to a Launchpad address.

Actual merges will still have this defect though, won't they? I'm going to reopen and retriage as low, because noone else is likely to have many 'merges' happening on a regular basis into their team.
