Indicate, which translation is "upstream"

Bug Description

See question #158535 .

It is not always self-evident, what exactly is the "upstream" of a translation. To reduce confusion:

1) A translation which is itself considered "upstream" by Launchpad, should be marked as such, at least on the "Translation Details" page.
2) Ideally, a translation which is downstream should have a link to the corresponding upstream translation.

FWIW, entire project translation in Launchpad is considered "upstream" by Launchpad. It is there to counter "Ubuntu" (i.e. this is an upstream translation, and this is an Ubuntu translation) and not to counter external upstream vs Launchpad.
