Bug Description
The comment button does not enable when a comment is pasted directly without focusing the "Add comment" textarea.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Copy some text
2. Right click in "Add comment" field
3. Select Paste
If I focus the "Add comment" textarea before pasting the text it works fine.
Tested in Chromium 11.0.696.65 and Firefox 4.0.1

I was sure this was a dupe of a bug I filed, but I can't find the other, so perhaps it was fixed and has regressed.
