Bug Description
For reviewing a large subset of open bugs, it would be very handy to be able to search for any bugs that have changed since a given time. This would allow for rapid rechecking of all the "Needs Info" bugs in a given search, to see if new info has, in fact, arrived. Normally people track changes via subscriptions and email notifications, but this can become overwhelming.
