xx-distribution-packages.txt fails if run in isolation

If I run lib/lp/soyuz/stories/distribution/xx-distribution-packages.txt in isolation, it fails in devel: http://paste.ubuntu.com/605623/

The source of the failure seems to be a difference between "The Mozilla Project" and "the Mozilla Project" (note capitalization of "the").

When run with the rest of the doctests and the browser tests, it does pass.

This may affect parallel testing, as there is no guarantee about the partitioning that will happen.

Is this still a problem? This test works for me in isolation on current devel.
