notifications disappear when you click *any* link in the text

1. Go to a superseded blueprint, e.g. <https://blueprints.edge.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+spec/desktop-o-auto-rotate>.
2. Click on the "See the newer blueprint" link, or even better, anywhere in the box the link is in.

What happens: The box disappears.

What should happen: The superseded status is seldom something that has just happened, so the text about it being superseded shouldn't be in an alert in the first place.

I was not able to replicate this; clicking the link took me to the superseding blueprint, and clicking elsewhere in the box dismissed it.

Could this be better expressed as a wish for the superseded status to be added to the side bar info on the right with a persistent link?

mpt is correct, notifications are intended to be transient, so this instance could be fixed by converting the notification to an as unyet developed status/aside block that explains that the page being looked at is obsolete or not yet existent. This would include:
    blueprint superseded.
    question created from bug
    Source package was not published
    Project is deactivated

However, since this is a regression introduced by the hide notice link landed a few days ago, I think we should fix the havascript first.
