Cannot sign the CoC twice

It seems there's no way to sign the Ubuntu Code of Conduct two times. ~person/+codesofconduct has a link with the text "See or sign new code of conduct releases" that points to https://launchpad.net/codeofconduct. But that page actually let you just see the Codes, it doesn't let you sign a new one.

So, either the link is wrong (it should just say "See code of conduct releases") or the /codeofconduct page is incomplete.

Calling this trivial since the link can be changed and this fixed, which seems the easiest way to fix this.

Doing some investigation, I found that it's actually possible to sign the code of conduct one more time. Hacking the URL, I can in fact access https://launchpad.net/codeofconduct/1.1/+sign and add from there a new signature. So, if I'm right, the text on +codesofconduct is correct, but /codeofconduct lacks a link.
