/~team/+members doesn't show when someone was deactivated

Bug Description
After deactivating a member of a team, they are still listed on the /+members page. I find this historical information useful, but it seems a bit odd that the only date shown for deactivated members is when they *joined*, not when they were deactivated. I would find that at least as useful as the join date.
Can you please expose that in the UI and in the API as well? Thanks!
